Order Processing and Shipping:

Orders are processed: Sunday – Friday
Orders are shipped: Monday – Friday

Orders normally ship via FedexGround and can take anywhere from 1-5 days depending on the weather, size of order, distance, and time of the year.

General Shipping Time Guidelines:

New England and Mid-Atlantic: 1-2 business days
South East: 2-3 business days
South West: 3-4 business days
Mid-West: 2-3 business days
West: 4-5 business days

Delivery in the Continental USA

FREE on orders of $49 or more

Shipment to Canada and Mexico will be via the US Postal Service.
All Customs & Duties to be paid for by recipient.

Shipping Policies:

  • A signature may be required for all shipments upon receipt.
  • “Drop-Ship” items will be shipped to us from our supplier before being shipped to you.
  • Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels.
  • If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, Emporio reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.
  • Delivery to P.O. Boxes is available through the US Postal Service only. A signature may be required upon receipt.

Store Pickup

Order online with In-Store Pickup:

  • Many items can now be ordered online and picked up at one of our stores.
  • Upon check-out select STORE PICKUP as the shipping method. Please indicate the store location you would like to pick-up from.
  • In-Store Pickup is not available as an option if any other items in your order are selected to be shipped. For same-day service, we must receive your order not less than one hour before the store closing time. See   store locations
  • You will receive an email after completing your order indicating that your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this email before coming to the store to pick up your order. Upon arriving at the store, proceed to front desk for customer service.
  • The person picking up the order will need a valid government issued photo-ID at time of pickup.
  • Orders not picked up within 10 business days will be cancelled. A refund will be posted back to your account using the same method of payment.  We will attempt to contact you via telephone and e-mail before your order is cancelled.
