Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of receiving the item. To initiate a return, ensure that the item has not been worn or used and still has the tag on it. If the item meets this condition, you're eligible for a full refund of the item, which will be credited to the original source of payment.
Initiating a Return : It's important to note that our online operations function independently from our brick-and-mortar stores. We would like to inform you that all return or exchange transactions are only handled through our online platform to ensure a systematic and efficient process.
Return Process: In order to initiate a return , you can log into your account from our website (located at the top right corner), enter your email address and initiate a return. Shortly After doing so, a return label will be sent to your email address associated with our store. If for whatever reason you are experiencing problems logging in to your account , email us at sales@emporioclothing.com your email will be read and a return label will be sent to your email.
